Booking Terms

1. Accepting these terms

By submitting a website reservation, you confirm that the booking details are accurate, agree to these Booking Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy. If you book for other guests, you are responsible for making sure they follow the rules that apply on the premises.

2. Reservations and confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only after the website displays a booking reference. We also attempt to send the details to the email address you provide. Keep the reference and check the date, start time, space, duration, guest count and rate. Contact Viranova promptly if anything is incorrect.

Reservations remain subject to actual availability. Viranova may contact you if an operational, safety or maintenance issue makes the selected space unavailable and will offer a reasonable alternative or cancellation where possible.

3. Rates and payment

The total shown in the confirmation is due at Viranova unless staff records a different agreed amount. Payment is accepted by cash, QR, GCash or Maya. Card payments and website payments are not accepted. Additional time is charged at the applicable rate, subject to availability. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless Viranova states otherwise.

4. Changes and cancellations

The private link in your confirmation email lets you change the date or start time of the same reservation, or cancel it, until the scheduled start. A change is confirmed only when the website says it was saved; the requested time must still be available. Contact staff to change the space, duration, guest count or rate.

Keep the private management link secure because anyone who has it may view, reschedule or cancel that reservation. Cancellation releases the space but does not itself process a refund. Any payment already made is handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Arrival and late reservations

Viranova normally sends an email reminder about 30 minutes before the scheduled start, and staff may send a manual text or call. These are transactional courtesy reminders and delivery is not guaranteed. You remain responsible for the reservation time.

Confirm through the private link or tell staff by text or phone, and please arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. Staff can record your confirmation or cancellation in the booking system. If the automated email reminder was delivered and no confirmation is recorded by then, the reservation may be marked as a no-show and the space released. Contact Viranova as soon as possible if you expect a delay.

6. Student Saver and hourly pricing

• Student Saver requires a valid current student ID on arrival.
• Student rates are personal and cannot be transferred.
• All spaces are charged by the hour; no bundles are offered.
• Your total is the hourly rate multiplied by the selected duration.
• Additional time is charged at the applicable hourly rate.

7. Respectful and safe use

Use the space lawfully and respectfully, follow posted house and safety rules, keep noise appropriate for the area, supervise your guests and avoid damaging Viranova property or disrupting other customers. Staff may refuse entry or end a session when reasonably necessary for safety, security, serious misconduct or material breach of these terms.

8. Personal property and service availability

Keep your belongings with you and secure your devices and accounts. Internet, electricity and other shared services can occasionally be interrupted by events outside Viranova’s reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy and electronic messages

Viranova uses the information submitted with a reservation to provide the service, prevent misuse, keep business records and send transactional messages about the booking. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details. Booking emails and staff booking-related texts or calls are not marketing subscriptions. Staff may use the mobile number you provide only for reservation operations and customer support.

10. Applicable law and updates

Philippine law applies to these terms. Viranova may update them for future reservations when services, policies or legal requirements change. The version accepted when a website reservation is submitted is recorded with that booking. Updates do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
